An Artistic Date

When it comes to planning a date, be it with your partner, friends, or family, there are countless options to choose from. You could go out for dinner, catch a movie, go shopping, and what not. However, if you want something more unique, fun, and creative, I have the perfect place for you.

“Bistro Claytopia”– A paint-your-own pottery cafe. You can eat amazing food here obviously! You can also connect with your loved ones and get your creative juices flowing. You can select whatever muse you want to paint from a number of choices and then get creative. I visited there with my girlfriends and we loved it. They say time flies by when you are having fun and the same happened to us.

The cafe has an artsy decor with bohemian vibes. It is a paradise for nature lovers as it has indoor as well as outdoor seating with lots of greenery. As we entered we were greeted by warm and friendly staff. We started off by ordering Mint Melted Poppers, Berry Berry Spritzo, and Irish Dream Cold Coffee. Till our food was getting prepared, we went on to select the piece of pottery we wanted to paint. There are a lot of options you can choose from like plates, mugs, bowls, planters, candle holders, and a number of decorative items. The price range starts from 450 rs. Once we selected the muse we wanted to paint, we were given supplies. You can choose any two colors given complimentary by them. To get extra colors you have to pay 50rs. Per color. We started painting after getting the supplies and got engrossed in our chit-chat session. You know girl gang right 😛. The beverages which we ordered were yummm. I am a coffee lover and I loved the Irish Dream. The coffee flavor was prominent in the drink but it had a nice balance of sweetness to it.

We ordered some more food. We had Sicilliana pasta which is a bit spicy Red Sauce pasta and a Mushroom Corn Delight Pizza. To be honest, the pasta was ok, I have had better but the pizza was very tasty. I would totally recommend trying their pizzas. They are really cheesy, the base was very light and fluffy, and the sauce was very delicious. The vegetables of the topping were very fresh.

After we finished our painting, they kept the artifact to fire it in the kiln and cover it with a coating of glaze. The process usually takes up to two weeks so we were asked to collect it then.

The place had a calm, cozy, cheerful, and very colorful ambiance. The crowd present there was a mixed one, there were couples, and groups of friends catching up, As the cafe is kid-friendly, there were families with kids enjoying a creative day. People were also having a fun and relaxing day with their fur babies. Oh I didn’t tell you! Silly me… Yesss the place is pet friendly. How awesome is that?

So what are you waiting for… Go and enjoy an artistic date with someone you love and let me know in the comments section what was the highlight of your visit.

See you soon!!
